Shipping & Returns Policy


Goods purchased on this website will incur the following shipping costs as calculated by the Flat Shipping Rates, listed below:

Domestic Australia – Express parcel rate: $10 AUD

Expected delivery time – Between 1-3 working days from shipment.


Standard International Shipping (Outside Australia) – Standard rate: $25 AUD

Expected delivery time – 3-10 working days from shipment.


 Turnaround time:

Goods will be shipped on orders received, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Goods will always be sent with a tracking code, that will be sent to you in a separate confirmation email. This will enable both parties to monitor the shipment.

At this point all shipments will be made via Australia Post for their reliability and tracking possibilities. We will endeavour to seek out the best alternative when possible, in order to reduce shipping costs where possible for the customer.


Achilles Swimwear Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Achilles Swimwear will accept returns, if they are received by us within 21days of the customer’s receipt of shipment.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Tracking of the item is advised, as any item lost in transit, remains the onus of the customer.


International Returns

It is best to contact us via email first, to notify us of the return. We accept returns from overseas customers, within up to 28days from  receipt of shipment for the item to be returned.


Condition of Returns

Due to the nature of the garment, being swimwear, only those garments returned in original ‘as bought’, and re-saleable condition will be accepted. Swing tags, non-creased hygienic stickers and all care labels must be intact.  If the returns’ management assesses the item to have been worn, the garment will not be accepted as a return.

As the garment is swimwear, customers must wear briefs when trying on the item, for hygiene purposes. Otherwise the item cannot be returned.

Faulty Returns

If you the customer believe the garment to be faulty, returns will be accepted and rectified with the manufacturer. The Returns Management Staff will handle this matter promptly and directly with you the customer.

Lost Parcels
We encourage the use of tracking of all Achilles Swimwear related shipments, to minimise this issue. At time of shipment the tracking number will be sent via email to you. If in using this service, you have still not received your item, please contact us on and we will promptly assist.


Please contact us by email on to notify us of your prospective return and the reason. We can then look out for the item, and ensure we are handling each exchange, return, or faulty garment in the best way possible.

GST, Duties, VAT or Customs Charges
All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the Achilles Swimwear Online Shop DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur. Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

Customs policies and import duties are different for each country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges prior to placing your order, so you are aware of any charges to expect.

Please also be aware that in order to comply with Australian export regulations Achilles Swimwear must declare the exact value of the items as ordered, marking them as dutiable merchandise, even if the customer’s intention is as a gift.
